Poking around the Internet I unearthed the following info:

Personnel: Hideo Ichikawa(piano), Hiroshi Matsumoto(vibes), Kunimitsu Inaba(bass), Motohiko Hino(drums). Additional personnel are uncredited.
Wish I knew more about them, but that was all I could find.
